银翘解毒液超快速液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立银翘解毒液的超快速液相色谱(UFLC)指纹图谱,为整体控制和评价银翘解毒液的质量提供依据。方法以银翘解毒液为研究对象,应用UFLC,色谱柱为Eclipse XDB C18(100 mm×4.6 mm2,.2μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液,二元梯度洗脱,流速为0.5 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,建立了10批哈药集团中药二厂生产的银翘解毒液样品的UFLC指纹图谱。结果应用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统("2004A)版对10批银翘解毒液进行了质量评价。结论该方法简便、可靠,可用于银翘解毒液的质量评价。Purpose To establish the UFLC fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid.Methods UFLC fingerprint analysis method of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid was developed.Eclipse XDB C18（100 mm×4.6 mm,2.2 μm）was used,with the mixture of methanol and 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min.The wavelength of measurement was 280 nm.The 10 batches of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid were determined.Results The samples′ quality was assessed by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Finger print of TCM 2004.Conclusion The method can be used to identify and to evaluate the quality of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid conveniently.
