我院肠内营养药物的应用现状与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的评价我院肠内营养药物的应用现状及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法收集我院2008～2010年肠内营养药的用药数量、销售金额、使用频率,对其临床应用情况进行统计分析.结果我院肠内营养药销售金额逐年增多,肠内营养制剂品种和使用频率不断增加,2010年销售金额比2008年增长73.91%.结论肠内营养药物是一类很有发展潜力的药物,其销售金额和用量在我院均呈快速增长趋势.表明临床医师对肠内营养支持的重视程度不断提高.Objective To provide reference for rational use of drug by evaluating the application status and tendency of enteral nutrition drugs.Methods The drug consumption,consumption sum and frequency of usage in our hospital 2008～2010 were collected,The condition of clinical application of enteral nutrition drugs were analyzed.Results In our hospital,the consumption sum of enteral nutrition rugs increased year by year,the species and frequency of usage increased endlessly.The consumption sum increased 73.91% in 2010 compared with 2008.Conclusion The development potential of enteral nutrition drugs was great,the consumption sum and amount had increased quickly.It was indicated that the degree of emphasis of enteral nutritional support for clinician was improving.
