摘　　要：目的综述栀子的主要成分栀子苷的药理活性和结构改造方面的研究进展.方法以近几年有代表性的论文为依据,进行分析、整理和归纳.结果和结论栀子苷在消化系统、心脑血管系统、中枢神经系统及抗肿瘤方面具有广泛的药理作用;因此近些年来,围绕着栀子苷进行了许多结构改造,像栀子苷作为结构特殊的天然环烯醚萜类化合物具有很广阔的研究前景.Objective To summarize the research progress on pharmacology actirity and structural modification of geniposide as a major composition of gardenia.Methods Analysis,sorting and induction were carried out based on typical articles in recent years.Results and Conclusion The geniposide had extensive pharmacologic actions in digestive system,cardiovascular system,central nervous system and antitumor activity.Therefore in recent years a great deal of structural modification was displayed on geniposide,such as geniposide,those natural iridoid compounds with special structural had extensive research prospects.
