摘　　要：精神分裂症是临床上较为常见的精神疾病,抗精神分裂症药物的发展使精神分裂症的药物治疗有了更多选择,本文综述了抗精神分裂症药物在治疗精神分裂症的应用和进展,为临床医生提供参考,也为持续快速研究更好的抗精神分裂症药物提供一些新的临床依据.The schizophrenia is a common mental disease,the development of antischizophrenic drug increases the choices of schizophrenic pharmacotherapy.This article summarized the application and progress of antischizophrenic drug in the treatment schizophrenia application.To provide the reference for clinician and some new clinical bases for to reseach the better antischizophrenic drug quickly.
