摘 要:组态软件作为一种人机界面在工业自动控制系统中得到了广泛的应用。浮选自动控制系统中也大量的使用组态软件作为人机界面(HMI Human Machine Interface)。由于浮选工艺流程是由一个个相类似的作业单元组成的,因此每个作业的控制回路都具有很多共性。本文以浮选液位和充气量自动控制系统为对象,提出了一种应用模板化程序的方法来提高开发效率,并简要叙述了模板程序的开发过程及应用过程的方法。实践证明对于需要大量重复使用的控制单元实施程序模板化能极大地提高应用程序的开发效率,缩减程序调试的时间,增加程序的稳定性和可维护性。模板化的程序也适合在其他类似的情况下应用。Configuration software has been applied widely in various industrial automatic control systems, and applied as HMI in flotation automatic control system as well. As flotation flow system often is composed of some similar work units, and control loops for the work units have many common characters. Using liquid level and aeration quantity in flotation as targets, a modular programming method for improving developing efficiency is proposed in the paper, and the development process of the modular program is briefly described as well. The practice shows, for the control units that will be used quite repeatedly, modular programming is extraordinarily effective to increase the efficiency in program development, improve the stability and maintainability of the program as well as decrease the debugging time. Modular programming also can be used in other similar conditions.
