摘　　要：滚珠丝杠副以其高精度、高效率、高寿命等特点,广泛地应用于机械行业。在某型飞机雷达罩开启装置设计实践中,为了解决原雷达罩开启装置的梯形螺纹丝杠结构传动效率低和部队特殊使用要求等问题,以及针对滚珠丝杠自身不具备自锁能力的缺陷,综合选配了超越离合器,并对滚珠丝杠的材质、表面处理及使用维护等环节进行了不同程度的改进设计,解决了设计、生产、使用与维护等技术问题。With the characteristic of high precision, high efficiency and long life, the ball screw assembly is widely used in the designing of mechanism. To solving the problems of low efficiency and to satisfying the special demands of the army, in the designing course of the radome unfolding system, we choose the overrunning clutch finally. Also, we have make some improvement about the material and the maintenance of the ball screw assembly and overrunning clutch system.
