摘  要:在初代培养中(1/2DKW+6-B1lmg/L+IBA0.2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+琼脂粉6.5mg/L+蔗糖30mg/L),黄连木无菌苗在红光和白光下可正常生长,褐化率较低,但在蓝光下,褐化率高且芽体伸长不明显;培养室内湿度对减缓褐变没影响,当湿度为80%时,黄连木腋芽萌发最高达到69.17%;茎段接种3种方式即平放、斜插、直插对腋芽萌发无影响,但平放接种可以减轻褐变的发生。在继代培养中(1/2DKW+6-BA4.0mg/L+IBA0.04mg/L+NAA0.02mg/L+琼脂粉6.5∥L+蔗糖30g/L),7—14d转接一次可将褐化率降至15.41%~18.07%;糖是培养基的重要成分,不可缺少。During the primary culture(1/2DKW+ 6- BA 1 mg/L+ IBA 0.2 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 rag/L+ agar 6.5 g/L+ sucrose 30 g/L) ,aseptic seeding of Pistacia chinensis Bunge could grow normally and their browning rate was lower under both the red light and the white light. However, the buds of plantlet did not grew obviously and browning rate was higher under the blue light conditions. The humidity of cultivate room had no influence on browning of Pistaeia chinensis Bunge, but the germinating of axillary bud was up to 69.17% when the humidity was 20%. Different stems position (sterning cutting, oblique cutting, straight cutting) had no effect on the germinating of the axillary bud, but sterning cutting could reduce the occurrence of browning. During the multiplication culture(1/2DKW + 6 - BA4.0 mg/L+ IBA 0.04 nag/L+ NAA 0.02 mg/L + agar 6.5 g/L + sucrose 30 g/L), browning rate dropped to 15.14% - 18.07% when subculture time interval was7- 14days. Sugar was an important and indispensable component of medium.
