摘 要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳,对浙江乌鳢、广东斑鳢、浙江乌鳢(♂)×广东斑鳢(♀)杂交种3个群体,肝、肌肉、脑、脾、鳃、肾、心7种组织的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)2种同工酶进行了分析。结果表明:2种同工酶在各自群体内具有明显的组织特异性,在浙江乌鳢、广东斑鳢间表现出一定的差异性,其杂交后代与二者有一定的相似性,但同工酶酶谱中也出现了"互补带"和"杂交带",符合杂交育种的一般规律。By means of the polyacrylamidc gradient gel electrophoresis, two isozymes ( MDH and LDH ) from seven tissues (liver, muscle,brain, spleen, gills, kidney and heart)of Ophiocephalus argus Cantor ( ♂ ) , Ophiocephalus maculates ( ♀ ) and their hybrids were studied. The results showed that two isozymes presented obvious tissue. The expression of isozymes showed there was a certain extent discrepancy between Ophiocephalus argus Cantor ( ♂ ) and Ophiocephalus maculates ( ♀ ),and their hybrids showed similarity with both of them,but "hybrid band" and "complementary band" alse were found. The conclusion was in accord with general discipline of cross breeding.
