摘　　要：科学划分基本医疗卫生服务范围对满足人民群众基本医疗卫生服务、促进公共卫生服务均等化具有重要意义,是一个非常值得探索的课题。本文认为,划分基本医疗卫生服务范围要遵循三个原则:一是从多层面把握,坚持正确导向;二是从多角度考虑,坚持全面兼顾;三是从多方面保障,坚持制度统一。It is very important to identify the scope of basic health services for meeting the medical demand of the public and promoting equitable public health service. We concluded that identifying basic health services scope should follow three principles： con＇ect orientation, comprehensive, and safeguard.
