上海市艺术体操后备人才培养可持续发展的困境与对策研究

摘　　要：运用可持续发展理论,从数量、质量、社会三个维度剖析了上海市艺术体操后备人才可持续发展的困境。上海艺术体操在发展中存在在训人员、教练员数量不足的根基性困境;训练渠道陈旧的模式困境,教练员专项训练知识欠缺的推动力困境,训练内容安排不到位的内容系统困境;后备人才招生阻力的社会支持困境,新型训练体制尚未形成的体制困境等等,这些因素成为上海艺术体操可持续发展的重要影响因素。在分析困境的基础上提出了基于科学发展观指导下的上海艺术体操可持续发展的对策,包括运动员管理由"社会本位"向"运动员本位"转变;推动艺术体操竞技性与群众性的协调;加大教练员的专业化建设;加大教练员的专业化建设;多元化的培养方式;系统性的训练内容规划。This article starts from the sustained development perspective , From the quantity, quality and timing three dimension to analyze the conditions about the RG ＇ s reserved talents and sustained development in shanghai. The result indicates that during of Social transition, Shanghai ＇ s RG has its own advantages, but it is difficult to enroll students for RG under the former system of sports. The amount of on - training athletes is limited ; and it is hard to break through the problem of quantity.
