摘 要:以黑木相思1年生组培苗为试验材料,研究了不同指数施氮浓度下黑木相思根系特征值(根长、根平均直径、根表面积和根体积)的动态变化。结果表明:经不同浓度氮素处理的黑木相思根系长度、根系表面积、根系平均直径、根体积等形态特征指标均显著高于对照处理(P<0.05),其中效果最佳的为施N总量400 mg/株的处理,到试验结束时,该处理苗木的根长、根平均直径、根表面积和根体积分别达343.35±20.60 cm、0.41±0.02 cm2、6.30±1.32 cm2和0.35±0.03 cm3。施氮总量为600 mg的苗木在试验末期根系各指标生长速率减缓,可能是氮浓度过大使苗木受到一定的"毒害"。Nitrogen is one of the most important limiting nutrients during tree growth. One-year-old Acacia melanoxylon seedlings were selected in the experiment, and root characteristics under treatment of different N concentrations were studied. The results indicated that N supply could significantly increase the root morphology parameters such as root length, root mean diameter, root surface area and root volume ( P 〈 0.05 ). Effect of N total 400 mg for a plant was best to seedlings, by the end of the study, root length, root mean diameter, root surface area and root volume of seedlings were 343.35±20.60cm、0.41±0.02cm、26.30±1.32cm^2 and 0.35±0.03cm^2 , respectively. Root growth treated by total 600 mg N for a seedling slowed down at the end of the experiment, perhaps high N concentration could harm seedling and restrain root growth.
