摘　　要：文章以建立桉树专题文献数据库为例,对NoteExpress软件的安装、专题数据库的建立、题录信息的在线检索和导入、全文的链接、文献分类、分析、统计以及论文写作中参考文献的插入、文献格式的管理、利用NE进行文献的分析及课题申请等问题进行了详细的论述,以方便用户更好地利用NoteExpress这一文献管理工具来管理自己的科研文献。NoteExpress is a literature management tool, which plays an increasingly important role in managing literatures, and writing papers. In this paper, NoteExpress is outlined the main flmctions and how to use by using how to build a database on the topic of eucalyptus plantation as a sample. We want to introduce the use of NoteExpress from it＇s installation, special database＇s establishment, online bibliographic information retrieval, im- port, full text links, literature and essay writing management, so to help user make better use of NoteExpress.
