摘　　要：针对某机械化煤炭采样系统安置于露天造成电动机烧毁的问题,提出了一种远程电动机拖动保护系统的设计方案。该系统采用适合于恶劣环境下的远程数据采集模块和组态王监控软件,通过对各驱动单元电参数的采集、监控与报警,实现了对各驱动单元的远程保护。实际应用表明,该系统运行可靠,保证了煤炭采样的精度。In view of problem of burnout of motors caused by installing mechanized coal sampling system at open-pit,the paper proposed a design scheme of remote protection system for motor drive.The system uses remote data collection module suitable for bad environment and KingView monitoring software to realize remote protection for each driving unit through collection,monitoring and alarm of electric parameters of each driving unit.The actual application showed that the system runs reliably and ensures precision of coal sampling.
