摘　　要：通过对宁夏区域气象观测站网观测数据传输质量的分析,阐述了区域气象观测站观测数据在传输过程中主要存在仪器设备供电、通信过程中信号、设备维护和备件、服务器软硬件、数据质量控制、管理制度不健全等问题,并提出了相应的措施和对策,对保证区域气象观测站的数据正常、可靠和及时传输,充分发挥区域气象观测站效益有积极的作用.By analysis of transmission quality from observational data from Ningxia regional meteorological observation stations,the factors that affect the data transmission are described,including power supply,communication signal,equipment maintenance and spare part,data quality control,system server,management specification,and more.Appropriate measures and countermeasures are proposed,and it will ensure the observing data reliably transmit in time;there is a positive effect to full benefits of the regional weather stations.
