摘 要:在危险废物产量不确定的条件下,为解决加工中心建设点、加工技术和危险废物车辆运输路径的选择问题,考虑危险废物与加工技术的多样性、危险废物与加工技术的相容性,设定风险公平性的度量方法,以风险和成本最小化,风险公平性最大化为优化目标,建立危险废物产量为三角模糊数的多目标模型。根据三角模糊数的特征转化模糊约束条件,将原模糊模型转化为多目标0~1混合整数线性规划模型,并基于模糊优化技术设计多目标线性规划模型的求解方法。最后,算例结果表明,相对于既有模型,新模型所得的优化方案能降低风险和成本。Aimed to decide where to open the treatment center,which technology to be adopted and how to route different hazardous waste in the transportation network under the uncertain condition that waste generation amount is fuzzy,based on the existing literature,a measure method of risk equality was designed with consideration on the diversity of wastes type and technology and the compatibility of waste and technology.Then taking the risk,cost minimization and risk equality maximization as the optimum objectives,a multi-objective model with triangular fuzzy number was proposed.According to the fuzzy constraints of characteristics transforming of triangular fuzzy number,the original fuzzy multi-objective model was transformed into the general multi-objective 0-1 mixed-integer linear programming model.The algorithm was designed to solve this multi-objective linear programming model by adopting fuzzy technique.Finally,an example was analyzed to demonstrate the comparative advantages of this model,which obviously decreases the risk and cost comparing with the exiting one.
