摘 要:利用流体力学理论分析异常压差的降压、升压原理,并引入湍流控制方程,在此基础上提出一种井下分层注水管出水口的结构。借助CFD通用软件Fluent和Gambit对出水口结构进行数值模拟,将计算结果用图形与曲线表示。通过与同等压差下水嘴大小的比较,进一步论证该出水结构的可行性和正确性。从而使得异常高压下配水可以不用调节水嘴开口大小,而直接通过更换出水口结构来实现。The theory of hydromechanics was used to analyze the principle of rising-pressure and decreasing-pressure in abnormal pressure differential conditions. Turbulence equations were introduced. On this basis, the water-out structure which worked in the out- let of underground separate layer water injection was proposed. Numerical simulation of the outlet structure was made by Fluent and Gambit. The results were demonstrated in the form of figures. By comparing the sizes of nozzles in same pressure differential, it is further demonstrated the feasibility and correctness of the water-out structure. Thereby in abnormal high pressure, the outlet structure should be changed instead of adjusting the opening size of nozzle.
