摘 要:基于拉伸流动机理对串联磨盘挤出机的磨盘端面形状进行结构改进,并借助Polyflow软件对锥面磨盘与普通磨盘混炼过程进行数值仿真。结果表明:与普通磨盘相比,锥面磨盘形成的收敛流道内物料粒子容易产生拉伸流动,可以产生更强的剪切流场和拉伸流场,提高了流道内熔体物料的剪切速率和拉伸速率,可以获得更高的瞬时拉伸混合效率和平均拉伸混合效率,具有更强的拉伸分散作用,流道内物料粒子的混合效果更好因,此锥面构型磨盘混炼设备可以提供更好的塑化混合效果。The disc structure was improved for series disc extruder based on elongation flow mechanism. The numerical simulation of mixing process for taper-face disc and flat-face disc was implemented by Polyflow software.The results show that compared with flat-face disc,the material particles in taper-face disc runner take on elongation flow,experience stronger shearing field and elongation field,obtain higher shearing rate and elongation rate,and get better transient elongation mixing efficiency and average elongation mixing efficiency,which result in better elongation dispersed action and mixing effect.Therefore,mixing equipment with taper-face disc structure can supply better plasticizing and mixing function.
