摘　　要：进入新世纪新阶段,中国共产党明确提出了"以人为本"的思想,这是中国特色社会主义的发展理念、执政理念和价值理念,也是马克思主义中国化的最新成果。研究中国共产党"以人为本"执政理念的实践路径,探讨落实以人为本执政理念反映在经济、政治、文化与社会建设中的实践要求,对我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,都具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。Entering the new century, the Communist Party of China clearly stated the ＂people-oriented＂ thinking, which is the concept, with Chinese socialism characteristics, for development and governing, and is also the latest achievements in sinicized Marxism. It has important theoretical and practical value for China~ reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction to study the practice path of the ＂people-oriented＂ governance concept and its practice requirements reflected in the economic, political, cultural and social construction.
