当前大学生“郁闷”心态透视

摘　　要：当前大学生心态,其主流是积极健康的。但是部分大学生却存在一些负面心理状态,最明显的表现就是郁闷心态。从当前大学生"郁闷"的内心世界来看,有的是对生活乏味的郁闷、有的是对学习紧张的郁闷、有的是对情感困惑的郁闷、有的是对经济贫困的郁闷。"郁闷"心态是当前大学生对现实社会的反映。当前大学生的"郁闷"心态呈现出悲观失落、自卑封闭、浮躁骚动、空虚迷惘等基本特征。The mainstream of college students＇ mentality is positive and healthy. But some students are in state of negative psychology, the most obvious performance of which is a depressed state of mind. From the respect of the current students＇ depressed inner world, the author can find that different students have different reasons for feeling depressed, such as because of tedious life, the economic poverty, the tension in study, emotional confusion, and so on. The depressed mentality reflects the social reality in the eyes of the current college students. The current college students＇ depressed mentality presents the following basic characteristics, just like the pessimistic sense, inferiority complex, blundering emotion, and lost feeling.
