摘　　要：大学生失业问题已经成为备受各界关注的社会问题,然而人们对这一问题的认识尚不全面,对教育投资决策产生了负面影响,并引发了"新读书无用论",导致部分农村青年和部分城市低收入群体放弃改变命运的机会,进而使教育不公平和社会不公平更趋严重。本文应用劳动力市场分割理论、工作找寻理论和保留工资理论对大学生失业问题进行理性分析,使人们从多元的视角对大学生失业问题进行思考。Graduate unemployment has become a hot social issue which aroused great attention among people of all walks of life in China,however,people~ understanding to this issue is not yet comprehensive, which re- sults in a great negative impact on their investment decisions in education, consequently, a new theory of ＂Reading Useless＂ arose, leading to the phenomenon that some parts of rural youth and urban low-income groups gave up the opportunity to change the fate of their life, the consequence brought about is ：the problems of inequitable education and social treatment become more and more prominent. In this .paper, utilizing the segmented labor market theory,job searching theory and the theory of reserved wages, the author made a rational analysis on the phenomenon of the graduate unemployment, hopefully to make people to analyze the phenome- non of the graduate unemployment from diverse perspectives.
