摘 要:为研究轴向磁化多环磁力联轴器的结构参数对磁转矩的影响,采用有限元方法对其三维磁场进行数值计算,得出了轴向磁化多环磁力联轴器的三维磁场分布。分析了主动转子转角、气隙厚度、永磁体厚度和磁极对数对磁转矩的影响,即以一对磁极转角为周期,磁转矩与转角成类似正弦曲线关系变化,且在360°/2p时磁转矩存在最大值;随着气隙厚度的增加,联轴器的磁转矩降低;增大永磁体厚度,可提高磁转矩,但当永磁体厚度增大到一定程度后,磁转矩曲线的斜率逐渐变小,增加变慢;在一定范围内,增加联轴器的磁极对数,磁转矩增大,但磁极对数增加到一定数目后,随着磁极对数的继续增加,磁转矩降低。其分析结果可对该类磁力联轴器性能分析和设计起指导作用。In order to study the impact on its magetic touque of the structural parameters in axial magnetized polycyclic coupling, the finite element method was adopted to calculate the 3 - D magnetic field of the axial magnetized polycyclic coupling, and the 3 - D magnetic field form was distributed. How the rotating angle, the length of air-gap, the thickness of magnets poles and the number of magnet poles influenced on the magnetic torque were analyzed. That is in a rotating angle cycle, the relationship between the magnetic torque and the rotating angle was sine curve, and the maximum magnetic torque could be obtained at rotating angle is 360°/2p ; the magnetic torque was declined with the length of air-gap increased ; the magnetic torque was increased with the thickness of magnet poles increased, but it can't be always increased; the magnetic torque was increased with the number of magnet poles increased in a definite range, and then the magnetic torque decteased. The analysis results could guide values for the design and performance analysis of the axial magnetization polycyclic coupling.
