和谐世界观的思想根源、可期性与合理性研究——基于与温特世界国家观的比较

摘　　要：中国于2005年提出了和谐世界观,而西方学术界则复苏了对世界国家的研究兴趣。作者比较了和谐世界观与亚历山大·温特的世界国家观在思想根源、可期性与合理性方面的深刻差异。在思想根源方面,温特的世界国家观是西方"超验"宇宙论中"逻辑"秩序的体现,而和谐世界观是中国内在世界观中"美学秩序"的体现。在可期性方面,温特的世界国家观基于"无政府状态难题"具有消除差异的内在倾向,而和谐世界观基于不需要消除无政府状态而主张包容和尊重差异。在合理性方面,温特的世界国家观基于目的论推断的承认斗争将带来世界国家的观点无法成立,而基于过程论的和谐世界观认为,国际关系中的各种过程不仅能成为促使世界从不和谐状态向和谐状态转变的动力,而且有助于实现行为体之间关系的和谐。Chinese Leaders put forward a Harmony-with-difference worldview in 2005 while the western scholars revived their interests in the world state worldview.As western scholars have demonstrated the inevitability of a world state,Chinese academia's conceptualization of the Harmony-with-difference worldview is still at an initial stage of exploration.Based on a comparison with Alexander Wendt's world state theory,the author argues that there are big differences in their intellectual origins,desirability and rationality.In terms of intellectual origins,Wendt's world state worldview stems from the 'logic order' of the western transcendence cosmology,while the Harmony-with-difference worldview is originated from the 'aesthetics order' in Chinese immanent cosmology.For desirability,Wendt based its concept on the Anarchy Problematique which tends to eliminate differences among international relations,while the Chinese one is based on preserving anarchy and demanding agents to tolerant and respect differences.With regards to rationality,Wendt's worldview that a world state is inevitable cannot come true based on teleology logic;however,according to the process logic of Chinese cosmology,the Harmony-with-difference worldview assumes that process in international relations not only is the driving force of the world's transition from non-harmony state to a harmony state,but also can lead to their harmonious relations,and therefore it's of more desirability.
