城市边缘区内涵与范围界定述评

摘　　要：采用文献综述法梳理了国内外城市边缘区内涵和范围界定的相关研究,提出了城市边缘区范围界定的理念与原则。国外城市边缘区范围界定方法可分为定性判断、经验划分与构建指标、定量划分两类。国内界定方法可分为以郊区作为城市边缘区,用行政区边界和城市道路界定,选取指标、采用数学模型界定,结合遥感影像和数学模型界定4类。提出城市边缘区的范围界定应体现其内涵与特征、保持行政边界完整性、兼顾边缘区的动态变化性和区域稳定性等理念以及客观性、可操作性和可比性等界定原则。In this study,methods for identifying the urban fringe have been reviewed and discussed.Foreign urban fringe studies on spatial definition can be classified into two kinds： one mainly depends on experiences,the other selects indicators and uses models method.China urban fringe studies on spatial definition contain four main categories.It is identified by using the suburban areas of a town,by considering the administrative region boundaries and roads as an approach.Such techniques as selecting indicators and interpreting satellite images,with the models method are also used to define the urban fringe.Because of the complexities of urban fringe,it is feasible to identify urban central district and rural region firstly.Considering regional stability,variability of urban fringe and accessibility of getting materials,it is an effective way to keep the integrality of township.
