国产垂面钢领和锥面钢领主跑道截面曲线有待优化

摘　　要：为了解决国产垂面钢领和锥面钢领在钢丝圈运行稳定性、纱线断头率、纱线张力稳定性和钢领、钢丝圈使用寿命等诸多方面与国外产品存在的差距,研究了确定垂面钢领和锥面钢领主跑道截面曲线的解析方法,并计算了国产SGH5 1/2-115型化纤帘子线捻线粉末冶金垂面钢领和ZM-6型纺棉锥面钢领的主跑道截面曲线与国外专利"特殊曲线"的误差,表明其平均相对误差分别为47%和7.4%,得出国产垂面钢领和锥面钢领主跑道曲线有待优化的结论。In order to abridge the gap between the domestic upright ring and conical ring and the product of the same kind in the world regarding operation stability,yarn breakage,yarn tension stability,service life and such,approach is done into the resolution of the main tracks of domestic upright ring and conical ring.Calculation finds the errors between the cross-sectional curves of the main tracks of domestic upright ring of powder metallurgy SGH 51/2-115 for cor thread production and conical ring ZM-6 for cotton yarn production and the special curve patented overseas.The mean errors of the above-said rings are respectly 47% and 7.4%.It is suggested the cross-sectional curve of the main tracks of domestic upright ring and conical ring be optimized.
