摘  要:利用固定床反应器进行玉米秸秆热解制取生物油试验研究,主要考察反应温度、脱灰预处理、催化剂等对热解产物分布的影响。研究结果表明,玉米秸秆热解液体产率随温度的升高先增加后减小,未经处理的原样热解液体产率低于水洗、酸洗试样的相应产率;与酸洗玉米秸秆相比,催化剂的添加降低了其液体产物产率;反应温度对生物油主要化学成分和含量影响不明显;经脱灰处理后的试样热解制取的生物油中一些小分子物质含量降低,酸洗试样添加Na2CO3后,其热解生物油中小分子物质含量增加。The preparation of oil from pyrolysis of corn stalks has been tested and studied by using a fixed-bed reactor,the influence of reaction temperation,deashing pretreatment,and catalyst etc.upon the distribution of pyrolysis products being mainly investigated.The results of study show that the production rate of pyrolysis liquid from corn stalks is increased at the begining and then decreased along with the temperature rising,the production rate of pyrolysis liquid from original samples is lower than the corresponding production rate of water-cleaned and acid-cleaned samples.Compared with the acid-cleaned corn stalks,the adding of catalyst decreaes the production rate of liquid products.The influence of reation temperature upon the main chemical components and their content in bio-oil isn't substantial.After deashing pretreatment,the content of some small-molecular substances in the bio-oil is reduced.And after adding Na2CO3,the content of small-molecular substances in bio-oil from pyrolysis of acid-cleaned samples is increased.
