摘  要:提出了1种采用美国ABB公司的Symphony DCS Composer组态语言与C语言联合编程的方法,采用C语言编制在线性能计算程序,Composer组态语言调用C语言程序,将DCS实时数据作为计算数据,计算得到单元机组能耗特性。C语言程序包含了基于IAPWS-IF97公式的焓熵值计算程序,集成一体化计算环境,无需调用其它程序,解决了DCS组态语言存在的对于复杂算法的局限性,实现了机组的在线性能计算。以某电厂1台660 MW机组为研究对象,对机组660 MW负荷下的煤耗进行了计算,计算结果误差在允许范围内,表明该在线计算方法可行。A joint programming method adopting Symphony DCS Composer configuration language and C language made from ABB Corp in USA has been put forward,adopting C language to draw up the on-line performance calculation programme,the Composer configuration language is used for calling the C language programme,taking the real-time data of DCS as the calculation data,the performance of energy cosumption can be calculated and obtained.The C language programme contains the calculation programmes of enthalpy and entropy values based on IAPWS-IF97 formula,creating an integrated calculation environment,it is unnecessary to call other programmes,resolving the limitations for complex algorithms existing in DCS configuration language,realizing the on-line performance calculation of units.Taking 60 MW unit no.2 in one power plant as the object of study,the coal consumption under unit load of 660 MW has been calculated,the error of calculated results is within an allowable range,showing the on-line calculation method is feasible.
