摘  要:华能巢湖发电有限责任公司1、2号超临界600 MW机组投产初期低压加热器(低加)疏水泵经过多次调试,始终不能正常投入运行。分析认为,该机组低加疏水泵系统阻力较大,达不到泵的必需汽蚀余量,从而使疏水泵入口产生汽蚀,不能满足高负荷连续运行的要求。为此,将低加疏水泵首级叶轮改为双吸叶轮。改造后,低加疏水泵在600 MW额定负荷下汽蚀余量大于泵的必需汽蚀余量,可连续运行,满足机组运行需要。The drain pumps of low-pressure heaters for supercritical units no.1 and no.2 in Huaneng Caohu Power Generation Co Ltd,through tests of many times during initial period of putting them into operation,still can't normally put into service from begining to end.It is believed from analysis that the resistance in drain pump system of low-pressure heater for said units is larger,and the necessary cavitation margin of said pumps can't be reached,thereby,making the exit of drain pumps to produce cavitation,can't satisfy the requirements in continuous operation under heavy load.For this,the first-stage impeller of said drain pumps has been retrofitted into one double-suction impeller.After retrofitting,the cavitation margin of said drain pumps under rated load of 600 MW is larger than the necessary cavitation margin,can keep continuous operation,satisfying the requirements in operation of units.
