摘　　要：江苏连云港地区淮盐生产活动已经有4000多年的历史。在本地区,经历了煮海为盐、晒海为盐和现在的塑苫晒盐等历代各种海盐制作工艺。淮盐文化生态产业园区旨在打造成为连云港市最大的文化产业项目、江苏省首个以非物质文化遗产保护传承为总宗旨的项目主题公园、中国淮盐文化生态保护基地、海盐文化创意产业园、海盐文化生态休闲游览地、国家AAAA级景区,成为连云港市旅游产业的有机组成部分,带动商贸服务业同步发展。本项目分淮盐遗产保护区、淮盐文化体验区、创意产业园区三大板块,总占地1150亩。其中淮盐遗产保护区占地50%,贯彻了生态博物馆的保护理念,即原生态地保护展陈淮盐遗产。盐场、盐工,日常制盐、运盐活动,盐工生活等相关遗产。整个园区策划体现了遗产保护与旅游开发有机结合的思路。Lianyungang in Jiangsu province has more than 4000 years of history in Huai salt production. The salt production technologies evolved from ＂boiling sea water＂, ＂solarizing sea water in brine pan＂ to ＂solarizing sea water on plastic thatch＂ and etc.. Huai Salt Cultural Ecological Industrial District is to become the largest cultural industrial project in Lianyungang, the first theme park for protecting intangible cultural heritage in Jiangsu Province, the ecological preservation base of China Huai salt culture, a creative industry park of sea salt culture, an ecological tourist attraction for sea salt culture and a national AAAA level scenic spot. It is an integral part of the tourism industry of Lianyungang and will drive the development of trade and service industry synchronously. The project is divided into three parts： Protection Area of Huai Salt Heritage, Experiential Area for Huai Salt Culture and Creative Industry Park. It covers about 76,705 square kilometers, 50% of which is Protection Area of Huai Salt Heritage protected with the concept of eco-museum, that is to say, keeping Huai salt ecological heritage intact, displaying the original salt sites, salt workers, daily routine of salt making, salt transportation, workers＇ living and etc.. The district planning embodies the idea of combining heritage conservation and tourism development organically.
