摘　　要：绝大多数的断路器事故由机械故障引起,检测断路器机械特性具有重要意义。针对传统断路器机械特性检测方法的不足,提出了一种基于高速摄像机的断路器机械特性检测方法。介绍了该检测方法的基本原理,在断路器运动部件粘贴标点,利用高速摄像机记录断路器的开断过程,通过检测软件提取标点在每个画面中的位置,即可获得行程—时间特性,对其求导可获得速度—时间特性;建立了高速摄像法检测系统,包括高速摄像机、补光灯、标点及检测软件,通过对比试验确定了检测系统的测量误差;对ZW17型断路器机械特性进行了测量,获得了行程、速度特性曲线。研究结果表明:所建立检测系统的行程测量误差不超过1mm;高速摄像法可对断路器提供二维方向的行程、速度特性曲线,所含信息量较传统方法更为丰富。It is very important to detect the mechanical properties as most of circuit breaker accidents were caused by mechanical faults. In order to avoid the deficiencies of conventional mechanical properties detection methods, a new detection method based on high speed digital camera has been presented in this paper. Principle of the new method has been introduced, glued a red square mark to the connecting rod of a circuit breaker, recorded opening or closing process by a high speed digital camera, developed a special program to catch the coordinate of the mark in every frame, and then travel-time and veloaty-time properties can be calculated. A high speed digital camera detection system has been set up, which was consisted of high speed digital camera, lights, mark and test softuare, error of the system has been determined by compare. Mechanical propertied of ZW17 circuit breaker has been detected by this system, travel and velocity properties were obtained. The results show that the detection system error was no more than lmm; high speed digital camera method can supply 2-D travel and velocity properties and richer information compared to the conventional method.
