Formation Water Compatibility and Anti-scaling Technology for Developing Two Oil Layers With a Set of Well Pattern in Huaqing Oil Field

摘  要:华庆油田属特低渗油田,为有效提高效益,在开发过程中采用一套井网延长组长6、长8两层开发,地层水之间、注入水与地层水之间的配伍性与阻垢技术研究是油藏开发面临的首要问题。通过水质配伍性分析认为,长6、长8层水之间结垢以碳酸钙为主,结垢量在50-100 mg/L,注入水与长6、长8层水之间以硫酸钡锶垢为主,结垢量在80-490 mg/L。研究筛选出TH-60阻垢剂针对硫酸钡垢,阻垢率达60%以上,现场试验5个增压站,有效遏制了集输管线结垢趋势。Huaqing oil field is a low permeability oil field.To improve economy benefit,a set of well pattern was used to simultaneously develop Chang 6 Chang 8 stratums.The compatibilities between formation waters,between formation water and injection water,as well as anti-scaling technology are most important problems during development of oil field.In this article,the water compatibility was analyzed by mixing waters of Chang 6 and Chang 8.It was found that calcium carbonate scale is main ingredient,and the scale amount is 50~100 mg/L.For mixed water between injection water and water of Chang 6 or water of Chang 8,the main scale is strontium and barium sulfate scale,and the scale amount is 80~490 mg/L.TH-60 was selected by a screening process as a barium sulfate scale inhibitor,and the inhibition rate was more than 60%.The scene test in five stations proved that it can inhibit the scaling trend in transportation pipelines effectively.
