密集型烤房不同装烟方式对烤后烟叶品质的影响

摘　　要：为探索密集型烤房不同装烟方式对烤后烟叶品质的影响,进行了普通烤房挂竿、密集型烤房挂竿、密集型烤房散叶堆放、密集型烤房烟夹、密集型烤房散叶烟筐装烟5种方式的对比试验,分析不同方式的烤后烟叶的品质。结果表明:密集型烤房烘烤的烟叶经济性状明显优于普通烤房的,密集型烤房烘烤能增加烟叶的总糖含量,降低总氮含量。在密集型烤房的不同装烟方式中,散叶堆放、烟夹和散叶烟筐处理的烟叶的经济性状明显优于挂竿处理。综合认为,密集型烤房散叶堆放、烟夹和散叶烟筐装烟均有效提高初烤烟叶品质,其中,以散叶烟筐的烟叶品质最好。Five different loading tobacco leaf patterns were tested in the intensive curing barn to study the effect of different loading pattern on tobacco quality.The results showed that the tobacco economic character from the intensive curing barn was significantly higher than that from the common curing barn,curing in the intensive curing barn could increase total sugar content of tobacco leaf and reduce total nitrogen content in tobacco leaf,and the loose-leaf stack loading pattern,tobacco clip loading pattern and loose-leaf stack with a frame loading pattern in the intensive curing barn could effectively improve tobacco quality,and the best tobacco quality was from the loose-leaf stack with a frame loading pattern.
