3个中晚熟梨品种在福泉地区的产量与品质表现

摘　　要：为改善当前梨产业发展中品种单一、品质退化的现状,从国内外引进多个梨品种在福泉地区进行高接换种,并对其中表现较好的3个梨品种(秋黄、高生、秋锦)进行产量及品质调查,论证其在福泉地区的适应性。结果表明:3个梨品种高接3年的单株产量都在55kg/株以上,折合产量高于2700kg/667m2,单果重均高于300g,大小适中;果面颜色为黄色或黄褐色,较为光滑,含糖量较高而酸味低;可食率极高,石细胞极小,品质风味极佳。试验期间相继遭遇冰雹和倒春寒天气,但3个梨品种依然表现良好的坐果率。表明,秋黄、高生和秋锦3个梨品种的抗逆性强,适宜在福泉大面积推广。The yield,quality and adaptability of three pear varieties（Qiuhuang,Gaosheng and Qiujin） improved by top grafting from introduced pear varieties were analyzed to improve the current status of less good varieties and quality deterioration in pear industrial development.The results showed that the yield of three pear varieties after three-year top grafting was above 55 kg/plant and 2 700 kg/667m2.Three pear varieties with 300 g single pear weight,yellow or yellowish-brown fruit color,smooth fruit surface,high sugar content,lower sour,higher palatable rate,minimum sclereid,excellent quality flavor,middle-late maturity and strong adverse resistance can be planted in Fuquan county.
