大型高炉铜冷却壁薄炉衬操作的研究及思考

摘　　要：文章介绍了大型高炉铜冷却壁的冷却性能以及与铸铁冷却壁性能，并进行对比分析。重点根据国内外近几年对大型高炉铜冷却壁的研究和实践应用的情况，对铜冷却壁温度变化的因素，渣皮稳定与温度的关系以及渣皮活动的因素等进行了分析。结合重钢新区高炉的设计特点和目前的操作情况，提出了根据铜冷却壁管理操作炉型的建议。This paper introduces on performance of the large-scale blast furnace copper cooling stave and the cast iron cooling stave, comparative analysis. Emphasis at stduy and practicel of large-scale blast furnace copper cooling stave home and abroad in recent years, the conditions of copper staves temperature factors, slag stability with temperature and slag activity factors were analyzed. Combination blast furnace design features and the current operating conditions, proposed management operations under the furnace copper stave recommendations.
