国际信用评级机构的功能异化及对中国的启示——欧洲主权信用危机的反思

摘　　要：欧洲主权债务危机使人们认识到由美国评级模式控制的现行国际信用评级体系存在严重问题。通过分析三大信用评级机构在欧洲主权债务危机中所起的作用,说明国际信用评级机构的信用缺失和对国际金融秩序的危害。在此基础上,指出为了国家的金融安全和金融稳定,我国应建立在国际上有权威的信用评级机构。European sovereignty debt crisis made people realize that current international credit rating system has serious problems.By analyzing the role of three major credit rating institutions in European sovereignty debt crisis,this paper illustrates the lack of credit of international credit rating institutions and its adverse influences on international financial order.This paper suggests that China should establish an authoritative international credit rating institution for its financial safety and stability.
