摘　　要：目的了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生和分布情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法将2009年至2010年临床科室上报的246份药品不良反应/事件报告表,按患者性别和年龄、药品种类、不良反应和主要临床表现等进行分类统计、分析。结果抗感染药物的不良反应报告139例,占56.50%;由注射液引发的不良反应报告98例,占39.84%;皮肤及其附件不良反应84例,占34.15%。结论应提高临床医护人员的安全用药意识,以减少或避免不良反应的发生,保障公众用药安全。Objective To understand the status of occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reactions（ADR） in our hospital to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods Two hundred and forty-six ADR cases reported by the clinical departments in our hospital during 2009 —2010 were statistically analyzed in aspects of the age and sex of patients,kinds of drugs and clinical manifestations of ADR.Results The number of ADR induced by anti-infective drugs were 139 cases,accounting for 56.50%.ADR induced by injections were 98 cases（39.84%）.ADR in skin and accessories were 84 cases,accounting for 34.15%.Conclusion The safe medication awareness of medical staffs in clinic should be increased to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR and ensure the safety of public medication.
