摘　　要：目的了解艾迪注射液致不良反应的一般规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库2000年至2010年报道的艾迪注射液致不良反应个案,并进行统计分析。结果艾迪注射液致不良反应临床表现多样,主要为过敏反应,严重不良反应可致休克甚至死亡。结论临床应注意观察艾迪注射液所致不良反应,并及时应对。Objective To study the general rule of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by Aidi Injection in order to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The ADR cases induced by Aidi Injection reported in CNKI from 2000 to 2010 were retrieved and analyzed statistically.Results ADR caused by Aidi Injection were varied in clinical manifestations,mainly including allergic reactions,serious reaction could cause shock and death.Conclusion Clinic should pay attention to observe ADR caused by Aidi Injection and make timely response.
