三网融合下电信产业价值链链接吸纳效应研究

摘　　要：在我国三网融合的大趋势下,电信产业价值链将发生巨大变革。融合后的价值链将发挥巨大的链接吸纳效应,带动相关产业发展,使电信产业价值链向价值网演进。本文旨在构建三网融合下的电信产业价值网,即在分析融合后的产业价值链的链接吸纳效应及其影响因素的基础上,提出一系列增强链接吸纳效应的措施,以期促进电信产业价值链的和谐发展。Under the trend of the merge of the telecommunication,computer,and cable TV network in our country,great changes will occur in the value chain of telecommunication industry.After the merge,value chain will produce great link-absorption effect,which will lead the development of related industries,and cause the value chain of telecommunication industry evolve to the value network. This paper is aimed at constructing the value network of telecommunication industry under the three networks merge,which means that on the basis of analysis on chain-absorption effects of industry value chain and their influence factors after merge,this paper comes up with a series of measures to strengthen chainabsorption effects in the hope of promoting the harmonious development of value chain of telecommunication industry.
