摘 要:针对阵元损坏造成超声换能器阵指向性变化的问题,该文从理论上推导了圆形活塞换能器平面阵指向性计算公式,并以之对换能器损坏后指向性变化情况进行了分析。研究表明,圆环形阵列中心装置处换能器损坏对指向性的影响远大于圆周上换能器损坏造成的影响;换能器损坏后,并不是每个定向面内的指向性都变差,但其总体指向性无疑会变差。Aimed at revealing the effect of the array element damage on the ultrasonic transducer array directivity, the formula for calculating the directivity of planar array composed of circular piston transducers is deduced theoretically, by which the directivity variation due to the transducer damage is analyzed. The results showed that the damage of the transducer located in the array center influenced the array directivity significantly greater than that of the transducer located in circumference; it is not true that the directivity in all orientation plane become worse due to the transducer damage, but it is no doubt that the overall directivity will become worse.
