摘  要:在三掺Ce3+的Ho3+/Yb3+/LiTaO3多晶粉中,发现增强上转换绿光并同时抑制上转换红光的新途径,能有效提高上转换发光的单色性。XRD衍射谱结果表明制备粉体仍为三方晶系。980nm LD激发下,上转换绿光发光强度随Ce3+掺杂浓度增加而增强,并在Ce3+掺杂摩尔分数达15%时,上转换绿光发光效率达到最大,并同时抑制了上转换红光。Ce3+将2F7/2能级上的能量传递给Ho3+的5I6能级来增加上转换绿光。并在高掺Ce3+时,新的交叉弛豫过程使Ce3+将2F7/2能级上的能量传递给Ho3+的5F4/5S2能级,增强了上转换绿光并同时抑制了上转换红光。It is found that an innovative route to increase the green upconversion emission and simultaneously suppressed red upconversion emission in tridoping with Ce3+ ions in Ho3+/Yb3+-codoped LiTaO3 polycrystals, which enhances the efficiency of the single green color. X-ray diffraction gives evidence that tridoping LiTaOa polycrystals is still rhombohedra. The upconversion emissions were investigated under diode laser excitation of 980 nm. The intensities of the green upconversion emission increased with the concentration of Ce3+ ions, and the maximum intensity of the upconversion green emission and the simultaneously suppressed red upconversion emission are observed when codoped with 15% Ce3+ ions. The enhancement of the green upconversion emission is attributed to the energy transfer from the 2 F7/2 state of Ce3+ ion to the 5 I6 state of Ho3+ ions. As the concentration of Ce3+ ions increases significantly, the new cross relaxation from the 2 F7/2 state of Ce3+ ions to the 5F4/5 S2 state of Ho3+ ions is responsible for the increased green upconversion and the simultaneously decreased red upconversion.
