摘 要:剖析了电活性聚合物在静电场中机械能和电能相互转换的内部机理,主要针对电活性聚合物发电原理进行分析研究。在不考虑能量损耗的理想前提下,探讨电活性聚合物在发电过程中3种能量循环过程。最后,采用丹佛斯生产的电活性聚合物(DEAP)材料,建立了电活性聚合物发电机实验装置平台,分析恒电荷状态下收集能量过程。试验验证了电活性聚合物发电原理。实验结果表明,作为新型智能材料的电活性聚合物在发电应用领域前景广阔。Mechanism of the energy transformation of dielectric electro active polymer (DEAP) from mechanical energy to electric power in the static-electric field is deeply analyzed; and the electric power generation mechanism is mainly studied on the DEAP. On the assumption of no energy consumption, three kinds of energy harvesting cycles are researched respectively with constant voltage, constant charge, and constant electric field. Finally, the proto type of 1)EAP generator is developed in this work adopting the DEAP material from Danfoss; and energy harvesting cycle is especially studied with the constant charge. The experiment confirms the generation mechanism of DEAP. The experimental results show that, as the new intelligent material, DEAP has extensive application prospect in the generation field.
