摘 要:用X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和磁滞回线测试仪等实验测试手段,研究了Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2(BBS)复合掺杂对MnZn铁氧体的晶体结构、显微形貌及磁性能的影响。实验结果表明,当BBS复合掺杂的质量分数从0增加到2.0%时,烧结样品的体积密度先减小后增大,w(BBS)=2.0%时样品密度达到最大值。当复合掺杂量w(BBS)>0.5%时,BBS添加剂中各组分所形成的有效液相烧结促使尖晶石颗粒粒径的逐渐增大,样品的致密度不断提高,样品的初始磁导率和饱和磁感应强度均随着掺杂量的增加而不断增大,剩余磁感应强度和矫顽力则随之不断减小;当w(BBS)=2.0%时,样品获得最佳磁性能。The crystal structure, micro-morphology and magnetic properties of MnZn ferrites with Bi2 O3-B2 03- SiO2 (BBS)compound doping were investigated by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and hysteresis loop scope, respectively. The experimental results revealed that bulk density of samples decreased firstly and then increased when the BBS compound doping amounts varied from 0 to 2.0% and the maximum density was obtained when the doping amounts were 2.0%. All components contained in BBS additives formed the effective liquid sintering to promote the grain growth and the elevation of bulk density of samples when the doping amounts were more than 0.5 %. The initial permeability and saturation magnetization of samples both increased with the increment of compound doping amounts, along with the reduction of residual magnetic induction and coercive force. The optimum magnetic properties of samples were achieved when BBS doping amounts were 2.0%
