摘 要:采用传统固相法制备了一类新型的A位多重复合钛酸铋钠((Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3,BNT)基无铅压电陶瓷[Bi0.5(Na1-x-yKxAgy)0.51]-zBazTiO3(BNKABT-x-y-z)。研究了K+、Ag+、Ba2含量对陶瓷微观结构和电学性能的影响。结果表明,在所研究的组成范围内,陶瓷样品均形成了单一的钙钛矿结构且准同型相界为0.15≤x≤0.20(y=0.015,z=0.06)。K+和Ba2+会抑制晶粒生长,Ag+对陶瓷晶粒影响不明显。室温下,当x=0.175,y=0.015,z=0.06时,该体系的压电常数d33为154pC/N,机电耦合系数kp为0.177,机械品质因数Qm为87,介电常数εr达1 010,介电损耗为0.034。A novel system of (Bi0.5 Na0.5) TiOa (BNT)-based A-site multi-component lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, [Bi0.5(Na1-x-yKxAgy)0.5]1-zBazTiO3 was prepared by the conventional ceramic technique, and the effects of the contents of K+ ,Ag+ and Ba2+ on the microstructure and electrical properties of the ceramics were studied. The X-ray diffraction patterns showed that all the ceramics investigated could form a pure perovskite phase and the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) of [Bi0.5(Na1-x-yKxAgy)0.5]1-zBazTiO3 ceramics was in the composition range of 0.15≤z≤0.20(y=0.015,z=0.06). The K+ and Ba2+ could suppress the growth of the grains and Ag+ had unobvious influence on the ceramic grains. At the room temperature, when x = 0. 175,y= 0. 015 and z=0.06, the [Bi0.5 (Na0.81 K0.175 Ag0.015 )0.510.94 Ba0.06 TiO3 ceramics exhibited the piezoelectric constant of d33 : 154 pC/N, the electromechanical coupling factor of kp = 0. 177, the mechanic quality factor of Qm of 87, the relative dielectric constant e,=1 010,and the dielectric loss of tan δ=0.034.
