摘　　要：饲料厂中央控制系统是饲料企业生产工艺流程的核心,是保证饲料产品各项指标的关键,文章以双秤配料生产工艺为模型,以labview软件为载体,构建出饲料厂中央控制室虚拟系统,对不同饲料生产工艺控制系统的结构和控制特点进行了研究,在ZK21H配料生产线自控系统的基础上,构建出双秤配料生产工艺的饲料厂中央控制虚拟系统,并对虚拟系统进行了测试,评估其应用的合理性和可操控性。The central control system in feed mill is the core of production process,and the ensure that feed key indicators of production products.In this paper,production line in ZK21H ingredients based on the automatic control system,combined with labview software features and to the carrier to construct a dual scale production process of feed ingredients plant central control virtual system,the virtual system has been tested and assessed their application of rationality and manipulation.
