摘　　要：刮板输送机相邻中部槽水平方向和垂直方向的相对偏转主要受哑铃销、中部槽端头及销轨座长孔的尺寸限制,直接影响中部槽的使用寿命和整个刮板输送机的工作性能,采用作图法设计刮板输送机中部槽联接结构尺寸。The deflection between neighboring line-pans,both in horizontal and vertical direction,of the scraper conveyor are mainly restricted by the structural dimensions of line-pan connector,including dumbbell-pin,line-pan head and long hole of pin-rack seat.The design of these dimensions is always done graphically,directly determines on the service life of the line-pan and the performance of whole conveyor.
