摘　　要：采用限矩型液力偶合器能提高带式输送机的启动和防过载能力,并具有节能、隔振、缓冲等作用。介绍一种带式输送机液力偶合器热容量校核方法,因这种校核方法使用的经验系数比较少,所以通用性强,能为设计和改造带式输送机驱动装置提供参考。Applying hydraulic coupling of limited torque to enhance starting and anti-overloading abilities of belt conveyer,it has effect on energy saving,vibration isolation,buffering and so on.A thermal capacity check method of hydraulic coupling used on the belt conveyor is introduced.It relates to less experimental coefficients,and so is popular in common use.The method is referable to design and reform of the belt conveyor＇s driver.
