摘 要:将抽油杆柱离散为空间梁单元,应用可移动的双向弹簧元描述杆管接触状态,建立了抽油杆柱在油管内弯曲变形规律与接触压力的混合有限元仿真模型。该模型考虑了抽油杆杆体、接箍与扶正器径向尺寸不同所导致的杆管接触条件差异。根据节点支反力、内力与位移的仿真结果,建立了抽油杆体与油管接触区域与接触压力分布规律的仿真模型。杆管接触区域与分布接触压力的仿真结果为进一步研究杆管偏磨寿命预测与防偏磨设计奠定了基础,也为杆管摩擦功率与系统效率仿真分析提供了理论依据。With the sucker rod string separated into some elements, and the spring elements of two directions used to describe the contact states between the sucker rod and tubing string, the mix finite simulation models are setup to study the bend deformation of the sucker rod string in the tubing string and the contact pressure between the sucker rod and tubing string. In the models, the difference of contact conditions between the sucker rod and tubing string is resulted in by the diameter difference within the sucker rod body, rod coupling and the rod guiders According to the finite simulation results of the supporting forces, the internal forces and displacements at the nodal points, and the simulation models of the distribution contact pressure between the sucker rod and tubing string are setup. The simulation results of the distribution contact pressure can be used to predict the wear life of the sucker rod and tubing string, and to calculate the friction power of the sucker rod string and the system efficiency of the rod pumping wells.
