摘  要:直接空冷结构体系中设备对结构的振动特性具有显著的影响。现场实测了4个直接空冷结构体系的振动特性,研究了风机扰力作用下的结构动力特性参数识别。制作了1/8缩尺比的模型进行试验研究,测试结构动力特性、结构与风机共振点以及结构在风机不同工作状况下的幅频曲线与构件动应变。进行了模态分析和稳态分析,计算结果与测试结果基本吻合。研究结果可为全面了解直接空冷结构体系中结构与设备的共同作用及振动特性提供重要依据。Equipment has a significant influence on the dynamic behavior of the structure in the direct air cooled condenser support platform. The dynamic properties of four direct air cooled condenser support platforms are measured in site, and identification of the structural dynamic characteristic parameters under the excitation of fans is researched. A 1/8 scale model is constructed and tested. The structural dynamic properties, the resonance vibration frequency of the structure and fans, the amplitude-frequency curve under different work states of fans, and the dynamic strain of typical members are measured in the experiment. The modal analysis and steady state analysis are also performed, and the calculation results show agreement with the test results. The results can be used to comprehensively understand the interaction between a piece of equipment and a structure as well as the structural vibration properties of the direct air cooled condenser support platform.
