药片与盒对应数量快速查对器的研制及应用效果

摘　　要：目的：研制一种药片与药盒数量快速查对工具,以解决护士、药师等在药品使用过程中大量药片快速计算相对应的盒数问题。方法：将常用药品的每盒包装数量、所需领取的盒数及片数3组有数学关系的数据,以药品的单盒包装数量的基数为设计对象,以数学乘法计算为原理,以每盒片数乘以盒数的积为查数标准,经科学准确计算后的数据,利用计算机Excel程序制成表格,再研究设计为可随身携带、随时查阅的医用工具。当已知3组数据中的2组数据时,可迅速查到第3组所需数据。结果：经5 a 20 000多人次使用,人工计算需3~6 min,查对器查找只需3~6 s,显著提高了药品数量计算过程中的工作效率。结论：查对器成本低,操作简单,携带、使用方便;省时,省力,应用效果好;数量准确且减少误差,提高工作效率;提高服务质量,保证临床用药;医生、护士、药师、患者、家属都能使用,应用范围广。Objective To develop a tool for fast checking the number of tablets and corresponding boxes so as to relieve nurse nurses and pharmacists in computing boxes corresponding with large number of tablets.Methods Three groups of data were taken,including the number of tablets in each box,required boxes and required number of tablets.The number of tablets in each box was taken as the base of design,and the mathematical multiplication was utilized as principle,while the product of the number of tablets in each box and the number of boxes was taken as checking standard.After scientific calculating,the data was formed into tables by using Excel program and then was design into portable medical tool.While 2 groups of data were known,the third one could be found rapidly.Results After being used 20,000 times in 5 years,only 3 to 6 seconds were needed by checking device compared to 3 to 6 minutes by manual computing,thus greatly enhancing working efficiency.Conclusion Checking device has many advantages such as low cost,simple,portable,easy to use,saving time,good application effect,etc.The computing is accurate.Working efficiency is higher,and service quality is improved to protect clinical use.It can be widely used for doctors,nurses,pharmacists,patients,family members.
