摘　　要：目的:构建一套远程手术示教系统,满足大型医院的手术教学音视频双向实时传输与交互。方法:利用数字化多媒体技术采集并转换音视频信号,利用IP网络路由技术实现影像资料的直播、转播、录播和点播。结果:该系统的使用明显提高了医院教学效果和效率,扩大了医学教育范围。结论:为医院教学培训和管理提供了现代化手段,使医院管理向数字化、现代化、信息化迈上了新台阶。Objective To construct a set of remote surgery demonstration system to meet the needs of the audio video signal＇s full duplex instant transmission or reception simultaneously.Methods Audio video signals were captured and converted by using digital multimedia technology.IP network technology was utilized to realize direct video broadcast,rebroadcast,recorded broadcast and VOD.Results The system obviously improved teaching effect and efficiency,and enlarged the scope of medical education.Conclusion The system provides modern educational methods for the teaching-training and management in hospital.Digitization,modernization,and informatization of hospital management have been brought onto a new stage.
