摘　　要：目的:改变"军卫一号"系统对患者首次就诊主索引信息的手工录入模式,实现患者主索引信息高效智能采集。方法:采用二代身份证阅读器,开发接口程序获取患者二代身份证信息,创建"军卫一号"系统患者主索引信息。结果:显著提高了患者主索引信息的采集效率及准确率。结论:该系统实用性强,提高了"军卫一号"系统信息化水平。Objective To change the handicraft record mode of patients in the first visit so as to realize the efficient and intelligent collection of patient main index.Methods The second-generation identification card reading machine was adopted and a software to obtain sufferer＇s second-generation identification card information was developed.Patient main index information of No.1 Military Medical Project was set up.Results Efficiency and accuracy of the collecting of sufferer main index information were obviously raised.Conclusion The system is practical and raises the information-based level of No.1 Military Medical Project.
